Dave Snowden answered to the question he was asked quite frequently nowadays. Is KM dead? In answering he shared what he thinks so special about KM and what went wrong. It is a very interesting and thought provoking read. I agree to most what he said and I also believe we need certain structure. Moderation in applying any tools to business problems.
